📋 Cancellation Policy Summary

Please read and acknowledge the following terms:

–24+ hours notice: No charge to cancel or reschedule.
–Less than 24 hours notice: $60 cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply.
–No-shows or late arrivals: Full lesson fee will be charged to your credit card provided and considered as lesson received.
-Private/Semi-Private Lessons can be rescheduled (subject to availability).

I have read and understood the cancellation policy outlined above.

I agree to abide by the terms and understand the consequences of late cancellation or no-show.

I authorize Dagmar Resort to charge the credit card that I provided at time of booking for the full lesson fee in the event that I do not attend my scheduled lesson and fail to provide written notice within the required cancellation window.

I understand that this acknowledgment will be kept on file and may be referenced in the event of a dispute.
