Lift Tickets are not refundable; if you are unable to visit on the day you chose you may defer to another day prior to the end of this season. Pick up your tickets between the times listed above the product description. Your ticket will be valid for up to 4 hours from the time you receive your ticket. Other products may be available for rent or sale at customer service when picking up your ticket; Extras include-Helmets, Under 5yrs. Lift and Rental.
Spots are limited so book early!
If space is available on your ski day, you may extend your stay for up to an additional 4 hours by purchasing an upgrade $17.70 plus HST at customer service.

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR SCHEDULED DAY, YOU MAY DEFER YOUR PRODUCT TO ANOTHER DAY IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE. DAGMAR WILL MAKE ALL ATTEMPTS TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR CHANGE REQUEST BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE THE NEW SPOT DUE TO POSSIBLE CAPACITY LIMITS.
TO REQUEST A CHANGE, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO: email@example.com AND INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER AND THE NEW DATE & TIME. WE WILL SEND YOU A RESPONSE TO CONFIRM IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE. IF SPACE IS NOT AVAILABLE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TRY ANOTHER DAY.
