    IMPORTANT PASS HOLDER RELEASE AGREEMENT INFORMATION:
    Each pass holder over the age of 18 must complete and sign our release waiver.
    If the pass holder is 17 years of age or younger a parent/legal guardian must complete and sign for the child.

    OPERATING DATES
    A. Dagmar will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays except holidays. The regular operating schedule begins after the Christmas Holidays.
    B. Season Passes are valid from Opening Day, approximately December 2023 to the end of the season, approximately the end of March Break 2024. Dates are weather dependent.
    C. Closing times during March Break will change to 7:00pm or earlier
    D. DAYS & TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO SCHEDULE CHANGE & CLOSURE DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS & UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES – Always call or check Facebook before driving out.

    CONDITIONS OF SEASON PASS
    1. Dagmar Resort Limited reserves the right to revoke or remove Season Pass privileges of any person not complying with ski area rules. This includes bad behaviour and foul language anywhere on Dagmar property. Season Passes may be removed by any of our Management or Ski Patrol.
    2. Season Passes must be worn on the arm or jacket and must be visible to the lift operators while on hill. Loops will be provided. Arm bands are available for purchase at the office. Keeping your pass safe is your responsibility.
    3. Season Passes are NOT TRANSFERABLE. An attempted transfer will result in immediate removal of the pass.
    4. Lost or Stolen Season Passes must be reported to the office immediately. A charge of $75 will apply for a replacement, a second replacement is 50% of the pass cost.
    5. If a Season Pass is forgotten, a lift ticket must be purchased at regular rates.
    6. Season Passes are not refundable or prorated. Passes expire at seasons end.
    7. Passes not picked up will NOT be refunded or credited. Once a pass is purchased, it is your responsibility to pick up at your convenience when Dagmar is open. Season Passes will not be mailed out.
    8. A parent or legal guardian’s signature is required for persons under 18 years of age. Proof of age is required when purchasing.

    10. Dagmar reserves the right to deny any person entry to its facility at its sole discretion.

    Dagmar Resort Refund Policy

    ALL 2023/2024 SEASON PASSES - Prior to December 1st 2023 - Refunds:

    •  90%* Refund for any reason or
    • 100% Credit Note for the following season only.

    (Processing fees may apply on prepared/completed orders)

     After December 1st 2023 – No Refunds

    Due to Accident or Illness During Ski Season:
    ALL 2023/2024 SEASON PASSES
    No Refunds.

    Pro-Rated credits for accident or illness is at the sole discretion of Dagmar Resort.

    A Doctor's certificate must be provided. Credit will apply to the following season only.

    The Seasons Pass must be returned to Dagmar; calculations for prorating for the next season will begin only after pass has been returned to Dagmar Resort.

    Lift Ticket, Lift Ticket & Equipment Rental Packages:
    No Refunds will be issued, tickets and packages may be transferred to another day that Dagmar is open at the discretion of Dagmar management. Must transferred during current season only. 

    Coupon Books, 8 Packs of Lift Tickets:
    No Refunds will be issued. Coupon Books Expire at end of season. 8 Packs may be extended to the next season at the discretion of Dagmar management.

    **DAGMAR TICKET REMOVAL POLICY:  To help maintain courteous skiing/snowboarding at the resort; Dagmar personnel have the authority to warn skiers/snowboarders and, if necessary, remove their tickets or season passes, for out of control or irresponsible skiing/snowboarding, being intoxicated or for any other act which endangers the individual skier/snowboarder or anyone else.  Trespassers will be charged and banned from the premises.

    7-Week Lesson Programs & Camps
      *   90% refund if request is submitted, confirmation & acknowledgment must be in writing, three (3) weeks prior to lesson start date.
      *   100% credit note for next season

    All other Products/Services Sold on Dagmar Property:

    No Refunds. Credits note may apply at the sole discretion of Dagmar Management.

    Opened items: No refunds No exchanges.

    Please Be Advised:

    -Lost Product will NOT be replaced.

    -You are RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PRODUCT after purchase.
    -Lift Tickets that fall off or are lost will NOT be replaced. Please take the time to put tickets on your jacket correctly, please ask for assistance if needed.

    Due to certain unforeseen conditions, a refund less a 25% admin fee may be granted at the sole discretion of Dagmar Management.

    11. Parent or guardian’s signature is required for persons under 18 years of age; adults must read and initial their own waivers.
    12. Proof of age or student card may be requested when purchasing a Season Pass.
    13. Dagmar Reserves the Right to deny any persons entry to its facility at its sole discretion.
    14. Bullying of any kind in person or on social media is not acceptable and will not be tolerated; you will be banned from Dagmar property. No refunds will be provided.

    How do I purchase a Season Pass?

    Answer: i. You can purchase passes a number of ways. Online through our website at www.skidagmar.com. Upper right hand corner in Blue; Click on the Online Store, it is easy and convenient. ii. You can visit the office at your convenience, but please call ahead to check office hours and make an appointment.

    What is required to pick up Season Passes?

    Answer: A valid Picture ID is required when picking up a pass or proof of payment.

    When is the best time to pick up my Season Pass?

    Answer: If you want to avoid line-ups, the best time to pick up your pass is pre-season

    Please be sure you have received your confirmation email that your pass is ready for pickup. Send us a quick email info@skidagmar.com or call 905-649-2002 if you are coming to the office as our office hours vary during the off season.

    If you wait until your first day of skiing, you can expect a wait time up to 2 hours.

    My child is under 18, can I send a note with him/her to pick up the Season Pass?

    Answer: If the terms and conditions and the liability waiver are signed when you purchase your pass, your child under 18 can pick up his/her pass.

    If the paperwork has not been signed, a parent or guardian MUST be present in order for the child under 18 to pick up the pass. ID is required.

    What happens if I forget my pass?

    Answer: A regular area ticket must be purchased as no complimentary tickets will be issued. Tip: Have your pass handy to your helmet or skis/board or place inside your boots to help you remember.

    What happens if I lose my pass?

    Answer: If you lose your pass there is a replacement fee of $66.38 plus HST the first time. If lost a second time the fee is 50% of the original pass price.

    Why is a season pass so expensive to replace?

    Answer: Unfortunately some people have given their pass to a friend and claimed it was lost. If a pass is found, whom-ever finds it and might not turn it in but will use it under false pretense hoping they will not be caught. If caught they would be banned from Dagmar. The safety of your pass is your responsibility.

    Can I share my season pass with a friend or family member?

    Answer:

    i. No, passes are non-transferable and will have your name and photo on it.

    ii. Your pass will be confiscated and not re-issued if another person is caught using your pass. iii. The person caught using the pass will be charged for a full day lift ticket and fined an additional $100.00 for fraudulent use.

    How do I attach and display my Season Pass?

    Answer: i. Passes must be visible at all times while on the hill. A loop is provided and recommended for attaching the pass to your jacket. Arm bands are also available for purchase at our office if you are not comfortable with just the loop.

    **Please ensure that your pass is clearly visible to the Lift Operator when you are boarding the lift, if it is not visible you will be asked to step aside from the line-up until you pass is verified.

    ii. Passes must be presented to any Dagmar employee upon request.

    iii. Season passes may not be altered in any way.

    What happens if my equipment is stolen?

    Answer: Dagmar Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen equipment, or damages to personal property. Please bring a lock with you and lock up your equipment every time you come into the resort. Note: Locks are also available for purchase at our Gift Shop. Tip: Take good clear photos of your Skis/ Boards from the front and the back and be sure to do a close-up of the serial number on your items. This will help with identification for the police in case your equipment is taken.

    Why are there so many Signs at Dagmar?

    Answer:

    One series of signs that are posted at each lift and throughout the resort is the very important

    "Alpine Responsibility Code" & "Exclusion of Liability - Assumption of Risk"
