1. THIS IS NOT A SEASON’S PASS, IT IS A PHOTO ID: If you are coming to ski/ride on a day off, you must contact your Department Manager to request a ticket.
2. COST: $10.00 including tax.
3. PAYMENT: Send by etransfer to online@skidagmar.com and include the order number in the message box.
4. YOUR PHOTO: must be uploaded (a clear, close-up, colour photo)
5. DEADLINE: Dec. 12th (it takes 5 days to process your pass. Do not send your form in on the day you are coming. It will not be ready for pick-up)
6. RELEASE AGREEMENT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – All boxes are initialed and signed by the parent. The employee’s name goes in the passholder section.
7. OPENING DAY: We are aiming for Dec. 20th
8. PICK_UP TIMES for YOUR ID CARD: You will receive your ID card from your Manager on your first shift.

This offer is only available to people that are current Snow School Staff hired for the 2024/2025 season. Photo ID Cards must be purchased before December 17, 2024. TO: Dagmar Resort Limited, and their directors, officers, employees, instructors, agents, representatives, volunteers, independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Releasees”). In this Release Agreement the term “Snow School Programs” includes skiing and snowboarding lessons and orientation or instructional sessions; guided ski and snowboard tours and clinics; competitions and events; and access to the ski area and use of all facilities including lifts. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS I am aware that skiing and snowboarding and participating in Snow School Programs involve many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: boarding, riding and disembarking ski lifts; changing weather conditions; avalanches; exposed rock, earth, ice, and other natural objects; trees, tree wells, tree stumps and forest deadfall; the condition of snow or ice on or beneath the surface; variations in the terrain which may create blind spots or areas of reduced visibility; variations in the surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made or artificial snow; variable and difficult conditions; streams, creeks, and exposed holes in the snow pack above streams or creeks; cliffs; snowcat roads, road-banks; collision with lift towers, fences, snow making equipment, snow grooming equipment, snowcats, snowmobiles or other vehicles, equipment or structures; collision with other persons; loss of balance or control; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other skier, snowboarders and other persons; slips and falls; ski or snowboard equipment failure, using ski lifts without an instructor of other adult present (even if a minor); using features contained in the Terrain Park and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS REFERRED TO ABOVE. I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout the ski area and that many hazards are unmarked. I FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING THEREFROM. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT In consideration of the Releasees accepting my application for a Season Pass and/or a Snow School Program and permitting my use of the lifts, ski runs, trails, terrain parks, race courses, restaurants, day lodge and other ski area facilities (hereinafter “the facilities”), and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I hereby agree as follows: 2. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any damage to property of or personal injury to any third party, resulting from my use of or presence on the facilities; 3. This Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity; 4. This Agreement and any rights, duties and obligations as between the parties to the Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and no other jurisdiction; and 5. Any litigation involving the parties to this Agreement shall be brought solely within the Province of Ontario, and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Ontario. • In entering into this Agreement I am not relying upon any oral or written representations or statements made by the Releasees with the respect to the safety of skiing or snowboarding other than what is set forth in this Release Agreement. OPERATING DATES A. Dagmar will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays except holidays. The regular operating schedule begins after the Christmas Holidays. B. Instructor IDs are valid from Opening Day, approximately December 2024 to the end of the season, approximately the end of March Break 2025. Dates are weather dependent. C. Closing times during March Break will change to 7:00pm or earlier D. DAYS & TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO SCHEDULE CHANGE & CLOSURE DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS & UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES – Always call or check Facebook before driving out. DAGMAR RESORT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES, INCLUDING CHANGES TO PRICES, DATES, SCHEDULES & LIFT OPERATING TIMES. 🌟 Season Passes

We can’t wait to have you on the slopes with us this season!

To keep things simple, we offer several payment options:

• Cash

• E‑transfer

• In‑house swipe Visa, MasterCard, or Amex (a 3% transaction fee applies to all credit‑card payments)

Refund Options:

• After November 15, 2026: Season Passes become non‑refundable.

• Before November 15, 2026:

• 85% refund by e‑transfer

• OR a 100% credit note to use next season (Processing fee may apply on prepared/completed orders.)

🎿 Lessons, Programs and Camps

We’re excited to help you or your family learn, grow, and enjoy the snow!

Payment options include:

• Cash

Dagmar Resort – Ticket & Season Pass Policy

🎿 Safety, Conduct & Ticket Removal

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, Dagmar Resort staff, including Management and Ski Patrol may issue warnings or remove lift tickets or season passes for:

• Out‑of‑control or irresponsible skiing/snowboarding

• Intoxication or impairment

• Behaviour that endangers yourself or others

• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct toward guests or staff

• Bullying in person or on social media

Ticket or pass removal is immediate and non‑refundable.

Trespassers will be charged and banned from the property.

🎫 Lift Tickets – Conditions of Use

• Tickets must be visible at all times. Do not place them in pockets or wallets.

• Lost or fallen‑off tickets will not be replaced. Guests are responsible for securing their product properly.

• Staff can assist with proper attachment upon request.

• All guests must purchase a lift ticket to access the slopes, no exceptions.

🆔 Season Pass Conditions

1. Dagmar Resort may revoke pass privileges for any breach of resort rules, unsafe conduct, or abusive behaviour. No refunds will be issued.

2. Passes must be worn visibly on the arm or jacket. Loops are provided; armbands are available for purchase. Keeping your Pass safe is your responsibility.

3. Season passes are non‑transferable. Any attempt to share or transfer a pass result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Lost or stolen passes must be reported immediately.

• First replacement: $75

• Second replacement: 50% of the pass cost

5. Forgotten pass: a regular‑priced lift ticket must be purchased.

6. All passes and products are non‑refundable, non‑prorated, & expire at season end.

7. Products not picked up during the season will not be refunded or credited.

8. E‑transfer accepted; no cheques after November 15th.

9. If management approves a refund at its sole discretion, a non‑refundable administration fee applies.

10. Purchases made in error or duplicated are subject to administration fees.

11. A parent/guardian must sign for guests under 18.

12. Proof of age or student status may be required.

13. Dagmar reserves the right to deny entry to any person at its sole discretion.

14. Bullying or harassment of staff or guests, on-site or online, results in immediate banning without refund. Police may be notified.

🏥 Accident or Illness – Season Pass, Programs & Camps

In cases of verified accident or illness, Dagmar may consider issuing a pro‑rated credit toward the following season.

• No refunds. Credits only.

• A doctor’s certificate may be required.

• Credits are not guaranteed and apply only to the next season.

• The physical pass must be returned before any credit is considered.

• Proration begins only once the pass is returned.

• Requests must be submitted during the current ski season.

🌨️ Weather, Operating Conditions & Terrain

Skiing and snowboarding are weather‑dependent outdoor activities. As such:

• Snow conditions, terrain availability, lift operations, and operating days vary.

• Passes, programs, lessons, and products are purchased for the opportunity to ski, ride or learn during the operating season.

• Products are not refundable or prorated due to:

• Weather conditions

• Snowfall amounts

• Number of operating days

• Terrain or lift closures

• Unforeseen circumstances

• Lessons and programs run in all weather conditions.

• Use of terrain park and its features is at your own risk. Dagmar is not responsible for equipment damage.

🧳 Personal Belongings & Equipment

Dagmar Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment or personal belongings. Please lock up your equipment, locks are available for purchase at the Lift Lounge Coffee Bar.

📘 Responsibility Code & Liability

Guests must follow the Alpine Responsibility Code at all times.

By purchasing or using any Dagmar product, you agree to release Dagmar Resort Ltd., its employees, and instructors from all claims for damages or injuries sustained by yourself or any listed dependents.


DAGMAR RESORT LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES, INCLUDING CHANGES TO PRICES, DATES, And SCHEDULES & LIFT OPERATING TIMES. DAGMAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT, PERSONAL BELONGINGS or LOST PURCHASED PRODUCTS. BULLYING OR THREATENING OF STAFF BY CUSTOMERS IN PERSON OR ON SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. POLICE WILL BE NOTIFIED. I hereby absolve Dagmar Resort Limited, its employees and instructors from all claims from damages or injuries sustained by myself or all listed dependents.


Health & Safety

What to Expect When Arriving at Dagmar:

Dagmar continues our existing high standards of hygiene and cleanliness procedures, we feel confident in providing you and your family a great guest experience!

Chalet Indoors

· Hand sanitizer dispensers are available throughout Dagmar.

· Face Masks are encouraged if needed.

· Please visit another day if you are not feeling well.

· Up to 4 visiting spectators will permitted in the chalet for viewing per skier or snowboarder.

· Chalet capacity is limited during busy days.

· Table seating areas are for paying guests to enjoy their meals. Tables are time limited so all paying guests may enjoy their meals and drinks. Please do not use tables as storage, your personal items will be removed.

Getting Ready to Ski or Snowboard

· Please get ready to ski or snowboard at home before arriving or use your vehicle as your change room. Leave your belongings in your car as indoor storage is limited and based on first come first serve or prior reservations. Please do not litter garbage from your vehicle

· Dress for the weather; there may be minimal areas inside the West Chalet to get dressed. There are no change rooms in the main chalet.

· Daily Locker Rentals and limited shelving will be available.

Purchasing Lift Tickets, Rentals and Lesson Check-In

· Guests will be required to make reservations ONLINE for lift tickets and rentals.

· Please book early as products sell out quickly.

· Payments will be made at Dagmar directly for lift tickets and rentals.

· Lessons must be reserved for in advance by calling the Snow School at 905 649 2002 ext. 22

· Please note there will be line ups on busy days both indoors and outdoors. Please arrive a minimum of one hour prior to any scheduled lesson, especially if renting equipment.

· Dagmar team members will be present to make your experience the best it can be!

Equipment Rental & Guest Use of Rentals

· Equipment rented for 7 Week Programs will be pre-set and ready for 2nd day of programs.

· Prepare for line-ups while getting your rentals.

· Returned rentals will be disinfected before being placed back into service.

Food and Beverage

· Tables will be secured for Dagmar food and beverage purchases only.

· Homemade meals, bagged lunches or food not purchased from our cafeteria is NOT allowed.

· Bagged lunches brought from home can be eaten at the picnic tables.

· Outdoor picnic areas are available and take-out is available.

Lift Operations

· Lift line-ups will be busy during the holidays and weekends.

· Please be patient and courteous.

· Have your valid pass and/or lift ticket visible. If it is not visible you will be pulled aside from the line-up.

Hill Access

· Hill access is strictly enforced. Access to the slope is only to pass holders, valid ticket holders and booked lessons.

· Persons without a valid ticket will not be permitted on the hill.

· There is a limited number of people permitted on the snow, everyone must have a valid ticket.

· If a parent or visitor wishes to be on the snow with their child or friend; they must purchase a snow ticket and abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code.

Enjoying the Outdoors:

· Skiing and snowboarding is a socially distanced outdoor sport!

· Open outdoor spaces in the fresh air is mentally and physically invigorating and healthy.

· Your main skiing attire already consists of face covering, goggles and gloves.

Guest Wellness Responsibilities:

· Feeling ill; you must not visit if you are feeling ill and are uncertain of your symptoms. Contact your doctor or Telehealth at 1-866-797-0000 for further guidance.

· Please visit with us on another day if you are unwell.

· Frequent Hand washing and sanitization is necessary.

· Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose and mouth.

· Clean and sanitize your personal sports equipment frequently.

Respect the Rules:

· Clients are reminded that changes to our operating schedules are subject to change.

· Please be respectful of each other’s time.

Quick-Check List before Visiting Dagmar

Please be advised that at any given time:

  1. Dagmar may change the hours of operation.
  2. Always call ahead, check on social media or our website on capacity & additional updates.
  3. We may limit the daily number of guests indoors and outdoors.
  4. We may limit the number of daily non skiing guests.
  5. Everyone must have a valid ticket or pass to access the hill.
  6. If a parent or friend wishes to be on the snow with their child or friend, they must purchase a snow ticket and abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code.
  7. Access to Dagmar requires a confirmed reservation and/or a pre-purchased pass, lesson or program.
  8. Without a reservation or a program pass you may be asked to visit on another day should DAGMAR be at capacity.
  9. Chalet access may be restricted on busy days.
  10. Please arrive dressed & prepared to hit the slopes,
  11. The restaurant is open and please be prepared for longer waits during certain times and days
  12. The coffee bar and lounge is open.
  13. You must NOT bring any food from another restaurant into Dagmar’s chalet
  14. The tables are for restaurant and bar patrons. Picnic tables will also be available outside for your food purchases. Tables are not to be used as storage, your personal items will be removed.
  15. Purchase products online. Lifts and Rentals need reservations and payments are made once at Dagmar.
  16. Please pick up your pass once you receive confirmation that it is ready
  17. Pictures – For passes & program you need to email photos to us a minimum of 2 weeks prior to opening. We are unable process last minute photos.
  18. Dagmar, no longer takes pass/program photos. A $20.00 per person charge will be added if a photo needs to be taken.
